Two people are arrested after an early morning standoff in east Tulsa. It happened at the Park Chase Apartments near 15th and US highway 169.

Tulsa Police arrested a man and a woman after several hours. There's no word at this time whether their arrests are connected to Thursday night's fatal stabbing at the same apartment complex.
