(San Jose, California-AP) -- Computer hard drives are getting bigger -- and smaller.
Seagate Technology is introducing a mini hard disk about the size of a postage stamp.
The new line of one-inch drives will come in two-point-five or five gigabyte capacities.
Seagate says it'll have versions for portable music or video players, and in a compact flash card format for digital cameras.
A Seagate executive says the new disk drives should spur rivals of Apple's popular iPod digital music player.
A Seagate spokesman says the new high-capacity mini drives should sell for under 200 dollars.
