(AP) -- Oklahomans who attended Ronald Reagan's funeral say they have a greater appreciation for the former president.
Governor Brad Henry says he has a greater sense of pride in the United States. Henry represented Oklahoma at the funeral in Washington, D-C, yesterday.
U-S Representatives Tom Cole, Ernest Istook and Frank Lucas and Senators Don Nickles and Jim Inhofe also went to the funeral.
Istook says the funeral captured Reagan's strength, principles, humility, leadership, humor and love of America and Americans.
An Oklahoman was part of the ceremonies for Reagan.
Senior Airman JaLonnie Blackshear was part of the procession that followed Reagan's casket as it approached the U-S Capitol in a horse-drawn caisson.
