One little lion cub is fighting to stay on all fours. The cub is part of the GW Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood.

Angel is the cubâ€™s name. She was rescued from a farm in Kansas. Her parents were seriously malnourished and abused, that's why Angel was born in such bad shape. She was born premature with a severe calcium deficiency.
She's missing part of her hip bones, so volunteers build a wheelchair of sorts to help the cub get around.

Shawn Brown with the GW Animal Park: "she doesn't know she has a deficiency, she's doing the best she can, she's struggling through her life and it represents the struggles everyone goes through.â€

The volunteers don't have enough money to get the lion cub the surgeries she needs. Altogether, they will cost about $50,000.
