Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies make an arrest in a weekend murder Deputies put 36-year-old Lonnie Loftis from Skiatook in the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.
They say he stabbed Bryan Scarborough to death this weekend during a domestic fight in Skiatook.
