A Tulsa motorcycle cop had a close call Wednesday. The officer was stopped at a red light in the 7300 block of East 11th Street when he was hit from behind by a car.
Police say the driver of the car did not stop. Tulsa Police officer Chris Forrest: "Witnesses said he didn't apply the brakes, 20 miles per hour or so, but that's still pretty good speed to hit something at a dead stop."
The officer wasn't seriously injured, but he was taken to the hospital for a checkup.
