Nearly 400 Oklahomans have filed federal lawsuits against a company who made diet pill that's been linked severe medical problems. And more claims are expected to be filed before the May 3rd deadline.

The target is Wyeth, the maker of Fenfluramine. It makes half of fen-phen. Those filing, have opted out of a class action settlement worth $4-billion.

They say don't think the fund will ever pay all the health claims. As many as 70,000 claims could be filed nationwide.
