An arrest in the hit and run of a 12-year old boy in Tulsa. The News on 6 told you about the case Tuesday.

Tulsa Police arrested Refugio Quiroz for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.

Police believe he was the driver of a truck that hit a 12 year old boy near 5th and Lewis then drove off.
