A Tulsa man faces negligent homicide charges following a fatal accident in north Tulsa late Sunday night.

Tulsa Police say 71 year old Jimmy Leblanc was backing out of his driveway when he hit 26 year old Edward Burch on his motorcycle. Officers say Burch wasn't wearing a helmet and he was not speeding, Leblanc just didn't see him.

Burch died at the scene.
