A late night shooting has a Tulsa man recovering from a gunshot wound to the foot.

The man in his 20's was walking with two friends to a store on North Cincinnati when shots rang out around 9:30 PM Tuesday. They went to a nearby home on North Boston for help. Police don't have a motive and no one has been arrested.

They do "not" believe the shooting is gang related.
