(Kansas City, Missouri-AP) -- Oklahoma Baptist has been eliminated from the NAIA men's basketball tournament in Kansas City, Missouri.
Kortaa Hall hit a go-ahead jumper and two free throws as top-seeded Mountain State beat Oklahoma Baptist 87-84 Saturday to move into the semifinals.
The score was tied at 83 when Hall hit a runner in the middle of the lane to put Mountain State up by two with 41 seconds to play. After OBU's Adam Hawkins hit 1-of-2 free throws, Mountain State got the ball back, and Hall was fouled with 16 seconds to play.
He hit both free throws to put the top seed up by three.
A three-point attempt by OBU's Robert Hart rolled off the rim as the buzzer sounded.
Zach Moss led all scorers with 26 points and Hall added 15.
Jamel Coachman led OBU with 25 and Leonard Mosley added 23.
