(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A woman has been ordered to stand trial on murder charges for a baby's death.
18-year-old Tiesha Ealey is accused of throwing her one-year-old nephew in front of a pickup.
Ealey will remain in the Oklahoma County jail without bail. A pretrial hearing is set for May 21st.
Special Judge James Paddleford listened to five witnesses yesterday before ruling there was enough evidence for Ealey to be tried on a first-degree murder charge.
Ealey's nephew Kameron Post died November ninth.
Post's mother, Candice Smith, testified she left her son with her sister so she could celebrate her birthday.
Lonnie K. Sims testified he saw the woman throw a baby in front of the vehicle.
