(Tulsa-AP) -- A memorial service is this afternoon in Tulsa for an Oklahoma woman who was killed in Iraq last week.

Fern Holland and two other civilians were killed in an ambush in the Iraqi town of Hillah. Holland was an attorney working for the Department of Defense and interviewed torture victims and helped write part of a new Iraqi constitution.

She was a 1988 graduate of Miami (MY-AM'-uh) High School, where she was homecoming queen, senior class vice-president and salutatorian.
