The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the death of a man who was hit by a car right in front of the trooper’s eyes.
OHP was called to the scene of a one-vehicle accident on Highway 75 near Red Fork in West Tulsa just before sundown Saturday.
A spokesperson says when the driver of the car got out and tried to cross the highway the responding trooper watched as the man was hit by a pickup.
The man died at the scene, no one else was injured. The victim's name has not been released.
