A semi-truck hit a power pole, causing parts of Utica to be shut down Tuesday morning. Officials say the truck driver tried to turn off Utica onto Archer, but hit the pole.
That caused power lines to hang and forced officials to shut down Utica just north of Interstate-244. The driver was not injured.
AEP-PSO says no customers are affected because of the accident.
