New figures show only Texas has more death row inmates who voluntarily accept their punishment, than Oklahoma.
Since the mid 1970's, Oklahoma has executed eight people who've willingly given up appeals that would have postponed their executions. Texas has executed 22 people who've waived appeals.
That puts Oklahoma tied for second with Nevada.
