(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A Texas man and is company are accused of violating Oklahoma telemarketing laws, including tying up phone lines of a 911 service, a hospital and a police station.
Christopher Fischer of Arlington and Satellite Solutions are charged in Kay County with calling Oklahomans listed on the state's Do-Not-Call list.
The two are also accused of failing to register as a telemarketer and operating an autodial device.
