A third defendant is headed to prison for the Christmas Eve murder of a Tulsa store owner in 2002.
Kelvin Ford pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for the shooting death of Mohammad Qureshi. The convenience store owner was shot four times in the head and once in the stomach.
Juries found Markis Rogers and Alvin Elliott guilty of first-degree murder last year.
Both have received a life sentence for their role in the murder.
