(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State football coach Les Miles has hired an assistant to replace former Cowboy defensive line coach Karl Dunbar.

Miles is hiring Carey Bailey, who coached last season at Middle Tennessee. Bailey has also coached at Louisiana-Lafayette, VMI and West Virginia.

He played at Tennessee from 1988 through '91.

Dunbar left OSU last month for the NFL's Chicago Bears.
