Citgo is expecting a revised incentive package from Texas this week as the company continues to contemplate whether to move from Tulsa to Houston.

The Houston Chronicle reports Texas has already made Citgo an offer and it's now up to Citgo's board of directors to review it before making a decision.

A decision is expected next month.
