(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Two brothers from Wilson accused of reprogramming satellite TV cards to allow customers to pirate Direct TV channels and programs may be in more trouble.
Authorities said Monday that the brothers also may have been pirating software.
Brothers Stanley Brereton and Stacey Brereton were arrested over the weekend.
They're each being held in the Carter County jail on $250,000 bail for violations of the Computer Crimes Act.
The brothers could face federal charges and more state charges. He says they became the targets of a Direct TV piracy investigation three weeks ago.
Authorities say the Breretons were charging $50 to $200 for the service.
Carter County authorities say the US Attorney's office in Muskogee probably will be taking over the case this week.
The FBI will also confiscate the brothers' computers to find the list of customers.
DirecTV is sending an investigator from its California offices, and Microsoft is also expected to become involved.
