Authorities in Wagoner County differ on what to do with a suspect in a school bus stabbing.
15-year-old Daniel Dillingham was arrested hours after the December 8th attack. Authorities say Dillingham stabbed Carl Robinson in the back and chest with a large kitchen knife.
The state Office of Juvenile Affairs says he should enter their program instead of being put on trial. But prosecutors say Dillingham should be tried as an adult. If he's convicted he could face up to life in prison.
