Boulder, Colorado - Tera Bjorklund recorded her fourth double-double on the season to lead Number 13 Colorado to a 72-to-57 victory over Oklahoma State.
Bjorklund scored 18 points and pulled down 16 rebounds yesterday afternoon.
Three other Buffs scored in the double digits. Randie Wirt and Kate Fagan scored 16 points each, and Veronica Johns-Richardson notched 12.
Trisha Skibbe led the Cowgirls with 19 points. Nina Stone scored 12 points in the first 14 minutes before hurting herself while driving to the basket. She left the court on a stretcher.
The score was tied 37-to-37 at the half and tied again at 52 with eight minutes, 54 seconds left.
Oklahoma State faded as Colorado went on an 11-and-oh run. The Buffs capitalized on three Cowgirls turnovers late in the game.
