The teenager who shot five classmates at a Fort Gibson middle school will continue to live with his grandparents in Kansas.

A judge canceled an evaluation hearing for Seth Trickey at the request of his lawyer. In 1999, Trickey took a handgun to a Fort Gibson school and opened fire. All of his victims survived.

Trickey pleaded guilty to the shootings and spent nearly three years at a juvenile treatment center before being allowed to move to Kansas.
