Oklahoma lawmakers have $12-million less to spend next year than originally thought. And a miscalculation is getting the blame.
First estimates put projections at $40-million more than planned. But that was wrong. Someone in the finance office read the wrong line in a report.
The news isn't all bad. The budget forecast is still $28-million more than expected.
