The Tulsa airport plans to spend $20-million on upgrades to the terminal. The last big cosmetic improvement was the canopy outside the terminal, installed just before September 11th.
Since then, most of the airport's income has gone to update security. The airport wants to continue making security upgrades and make cosmetic changes - including adding new concession areas inside the security zone.
