There's bad news for Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher. He's been indicted by a multi-county grand jury.

The Daily Oklahoman newspaper reports jurors are investigating allegations of "criminal wrongdoing involving official misconduct", for Fisher's charity and how he handled a now collapsed Tulsa insurance company.

The Fisher Foundation was set up to provide shoes to children. But as of May 31st last year, none of the $54,000 raised had been used to buy shoes.
