Tulsa Fire Department investigators blame an overloaded electrical circuit inside a travel trailer for another deadly fire.

The fire happened just before 11 PM Wednesday behind the Perma-Jack building at 11th and Mingo.

Firefighters found David â€œWoodyâ€ Bishopâ€™s body inside the trailer. Investigators believe Bishop worked for the company and was staying in the trailer.
