Tulsa County Commissioner Randy Miller says she'll look into whether $100,000 in Vision 2025 funds can be used to help fund an Arkansas River study.

Voters approved spending more than $9-million in river-related items. The study will determine what development is feasible along the river from the Keystone Dam to the Wagoner County line.
