(Nashville, Tennessee-AP) -- Oklahoma-based Trinity Hospice has purchased Hospice of Tennessee from Home Care Solutions.

Hospice of Tennessee has operations in Nashville, Chattanooga, Dickson and Lebanon. It will operate as Trinity Hospice of Tennessee.

The purchase price was not announced Monday.

Trinity Hospice was founded in 1998.

The company is based in Tulsa, and operates 19 hospices with about 1,250 beds in nine states.
