An Oklahoma marketing firm has come under fire for operating a website that charges people to register to vote.
Arkansas officials are criticizing the owners of iwanttovote.com for charging $9.95 when voter registration is free. Owner Charles McGuire says the business offers a service, like tax preparation.
McGuire says people would rather someone else fill out the paperwork. Arkansas Attorney General Mike Beebe says he's concerned about possible identity theft.
Beebe says people using the site provide personal information, as well as credit card numbers to pay the fees.
