Oklahoma City bombing co-conspirator Terry Nichols is in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester.

His trial is scheduled to begin March 1st. Nichols was moved early Sunday morning from Oklahoma City. He faces 161 counts of first degree murder in the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City Murrah Federal building.

Nichols is already serving a life sentence on a federal conviction related to the bombing.

A new poll shows most Oklahomans believe the cost of taking Nichols to trial is unnecessary, because he's already serving life in prison.
