A Kellyville couple who pleaded guilty last year to dog fighting can't own dogs for the next 10 years. That's part of the sentence for James and Jeanne Fiarris.

In addition they've been given a five year deferred sentence and fined $7,500 for a dog fighting incident in November 2002. 53 dogs were confiscated from their property.

Dog fighting is illegal in all 50 states.
