The Passion of the Christ is coming to Bartlesville. The Movie 6 theater confirmed Wednesday they will be showing the controversial film when it opens nationwide on Ash Wednesday.
Folks in the area had been signing a petition to help make sure theater officials showed the film.
There's already been plenty of buzz about the Mel Gibson film, some have criticized the film as being Anti-Semitic and a setback to Christian-Jewish relations.
