Tulsa officials are working on plans to approve some zoning restrictions. An amendment that's expected to be approved this week will further limit, but not eliminate sexually oriented businesses in the city.
The first step would double the required distance between those businesses and residential areas, schools, parks and churches.
Assistant City Attorney Pat Boulden has warned there will likely be a challenge to the measure by the industry.
