(Houston-AP) -- Governor Rick Perry has invited Citgo's CEO to the Super Bowl as he keeps trying to lure the oil company to relocate in Houston.
Venezuelan-owned Citgo Petroleum Corporation announced in August that it may pull up stakes in Tulsa, Oklahoma and move to Houston, taking 500 to 700 jobs with it.
Texas has to finalize its incentive package before Citgo can make a decision.
Citgo executive vice president Antonio J. Rivero says he expects to receive the proposal next month.
He says Texas' offer will have to be great because they're doing fine in Tulsa.
