McAlester - A former ambulance service employee has been convicted of Medicaid fraud -- again. Tom Harris pleaded guilty Thursday in Oklahoma County District Court to one felony count and one misdemeanor count. He was convicted the first time in 2001. Para Med Ambulance Service of McAlester now does background checks on potential employees.
