(Poteau-AP) -- A LeFlore County junior high school teacher is now formally charged with raping a 13-year-old student.

Pocola Junior High School teacher Jeffrey Dill is charged with first-degree rape and remains in the Le Flore County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

A court document says the 24-year-old Dill was arrested after another teacher saw him allegedly having sex with the student in Dill's classroom.
