(Bartlesville-AP) -- Bartlesville Police say a man shot and killed during a home invasion burglary was 23-year-old Jeremy Blake.

Police Chief Leo Willey says Blake was apparently drunk when he broke into the home just before 6 Saturday morning.

Willey says the homeowner shot Blake once while his wife was on the phone with a 911 dispatcher.

Willey says the district attorney's office is investigating to determine whether the homeowner will face any charges.
