McAlester - McAlester officials say drugs were behind the death of a 44-year-old man.
A charge of first-degree murder was filed Friday against Dub Warren Wheeler of McAlester.
Wheeler's accused in the death of John Edward Larison, whose body was found in a McAlester yard on January 8th. Wheeler's also charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
