The head of a special state task force says schools should be part of weaning Oklahoma children from a life of junk food and poor health.
Last week, the task force studied recommendations from the Fit Kids Coalition, including replacing ``unhealthy'' beverages and snacks in elementary and middle schools with ``healthy'' options.
