(Muskogee-AP) -- A state prison inmate faces another 8 years behind bars for threatening a federal judge.
Shawn Charles Knutson was sentenced after pleading guilty to threating US District Judge Frank Seay of the Eastern District of Oklahoma in a letter mailed in 2002.
The letter included Knutson's name and his inmate number and said - quote - ``I have been thinking about how you should die.''
The letter said the judge's death would be quick and not like slow deaths Seay caused by sending people to prison.
Knutson is already serving a 10-year term from Oklahoma County for mailing a threatening or intimidating letter after a prior conviction.
