A two car accident early Tuesday morning sends three to the hospital and one person to the Tulsa County jail.

It happened at the on-ramp to the Broken Arrow Expressway at Sheridan shortly after midnight. Tulsa Police say the driver of a Ford Expedition turned in front of a car with three people in it. Those three people were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are not life threatening.

The other driver was taken into custody. He's accused of failing to yield.
