(Eufaula-AP) -- One of McIntosh County's two ambulance services plans to shut down next month. Community Hospital Lakeview administrator Dan Schaetzle says the service is shutting down February 19th because of shrinking reimbursements and climbing costs. Schaetzle says the hospital lost more than $100,000 last year and has lost $70,000 on average for the last three years.
