January 1st 2004 is a day one Tulsa mother will never forget. Very early Thursday morning, Maria Saldana gave birth to Tulsa's first baby of the new year.

Her name is Andrea. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long with lots of black hair! Andrea arrived at 12:15 AM Thursday at Hillcrest.

Her mom says this is the best New Year's present she could get. Little Andrea has a one-year old brother at home.
