A former CEO of Tulsa-based National Environmental Service Company has been convicted of more than 20 federal crimes.

Eddy Patterson of Bixby, was accused of conspiracy, securities fraud, tax evasion and making false statements on loan documents. Prosecutors say Patterson used dozens of false invoices totaling nearly $2.5-million to inflate Nesco's reported income by 400% in 2000 and 175% in 2001.

Patterson's wife Judith was convicted of seven tax-related counts. They'll be sentenced March 23rd.
