A Wagoner County judge has entered an innocent plea on behalf of a Porter teenager accused of first degree murder.

15-year-old Daniel Dillingham was in court Tuesday to hear the formal charges against him. Dillingham is accused of stabbing 16 year old Andy Robinson twice with a kitchen knife while they rode the bus last week. He reportedly told investigators he was tired of being picked on by Robinson.

Dillinghan's family had no comment about the case, but the victim's family had this to say. Victim's uncle Danny Hardin: "I would like to thank everybody who supported my family and my nephew at this time. None of us will speak about the case. I appreciate you concern and hopefully this will be over quickly. Thank you!"

Dillingham's preliminary hearing is set for March 8th. Dillingham is charged as an adult and faces life in prison. Prosecutors say they will not ask for the death penalty.
