Tulsa's sales tax collections have met budget expectations for this year. But they're lagging behind a year ago.

The city brought in nearly $14-million in tax receipts last year. This year, collections are $723,000 less than that, about a 5% drop.

The sales tax is Tulsaâ€™s largest source of revenue.
