(Poteau-AP) -- The indicted director of the Kiamichi Technology Center's Poteau campus has been put on administrative leave.

Director Davey Sutton's assistant, Warner Baxter, says Sutton was put on leave Friday. Baxter says Sutton turned in a truck owned by the CareerTech center that was assigned to him.

Superintendent Jim Beard says he's been told not to talk about Sutton because of the grand jury investigation.

Sutton is accused of six felony counts of witness intimidation in two indictments unsealed in late November.
