Prosecutors have charged two former residents of the Rader Youth Detention Center with selling another resident for sex.

Scotty Harjo and Brownie Isham face rape and sodomy charges. Investigators say they made the victim sign a contract saying they could sell him to other residents for sexual favors in exchange for snacks, drugs and cigarettes.
